How to get hired as a UX Designer?
Learn
You first need to learn UX Design. How the UX process works, from User Research to Interaction Design and Visual Design. UX is not about creativity, it's a process.
Practice
You have to practice with what you learned, create personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, UI interfaces, test it and make sure all works great.
Portfolio
The last thing is building a great portfolio. It's not easy to organize all together, optimize it, and show all your projects with a step-by-step case study.

10 years of experience in UX, web technologies, design, and marketing.
I started my career as a Computer Engineer and Front-end developer.
Today I’m helping companies to reduce costs and increase revenue by solving complex system-level design and marketing issues/problems, understanding a variety of user types, and developing creative solutions that increase customer conversions, loyalty, and satisfaction.
